I like the 7-quart, mainly because it’s easy to double my recipe and fits inside the mixing bowl.
Our amazing 3D printed cookie cutters can make your cookie decorating experience a breeze, plus they offer super cool designs that will inspire your imagination!
I’m really fond of my oven mitts! They’re so handy because they’re longer and have kept me from burning my hands. The best part? They’re washable and super easy to clean.
Whisks for Cooking, 3 Pack Stainless Steel Whisk for Blending, Whisking, Beating and Stirring, Enhanced Version Balloon Wire Whisk Set, 8″+10″+12″
I recommend using stainless steel baking sheets if you plan to bake some delicious cookies. These sheets are amazing at conducting heat, super durable, and won’t warp, bend, or scratch easily. Plus, they’re non-reactive with acidic ingredients, so you can use them for all yummy treats. Stainless steel is also hygienic, which means it resists bacteria and germs, so you can feel safe and confident while baking. And if you want to keep your cookies fresh, try using lids. Happy baking!
I’ve lost count of how many measuring spoons and cups I’ve bought over the years of baking cookies. But finally, I found these gems! They’re not just stunning and perfect for photo ops, but they’ve also held up well over time.
If you’re a baker or decorator, the Precision Pin Baking Adjustable Rolling Pin is worth checking out! This handy tool helps you achieve consistent dough thickness and smoother surfaces for decorating and saves time. Best of all, it’ll give your finished cookies a more professional look and taste.
Have you considered adding a silicone spatula to your collection? They’re versatile, easy to clean, and can handle high temperatures. It’s good to have a variety of shapes and sizes to fit different tasks, ingredients, and bowls. I found this set to be really durable and enjoyable to use. Oh, and one more thing – if you’re working with royal icing, it’s best to use a separate spatula to avoid adding oils or fats.
Purchasing sheets in bulk could help you save money.
If you want to make perfect cookies every time, using a food scale is the way to go! It helps you measure ingredients accurately, which leads to consistent results and avoids recipe mishaps. A food scale can be a lifesaver if you want to adapt a recipe or use specialty ingredients. And let’s not forget about how it can help you convert between units, minimize mess, and even teach you a thing or two. So go ahead and invest in a food scale – your taste buds will thank you!
When prepping and baking cookies, if you’re not using silicone mats, use parchment paper without bleach. It’s safer and won’t stick. It’s also eco-friendly, won’t change colors, and is allergen-free for any baking project. Plus, it provides a clean surface to decorate cookies professionally.
We sell tipless bags in 3 different sizes, as well as 2 thickness. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with either thickness. I prefer the 30 microns, which is thiner for details and outlining, and the 40 microns for flooding, which is thicker.
The scissors help you achieve precise and clean cuts, giving you better control when piping fine lines and delicate decorations on your treats. You can easily create intricate designs with royal icing or other piping materials with sharp scissors, making your baked goods look stunning. However, if you use dull scissors, you can avoid making uneven cuts, making it challenging to achieve the level of detail and precision required for these designs.
Some of my extra tools that I also recommend can be found on my Baking Aid Tools post.
